Community Integration – CI (MH)

Community Integration (CI) is a community based program designed to assist adults with mental illness identify the services and support they need to live successfully in their community. A Community Integration Worker (CIW) will be assigned to help the client identify their needs and desires when a referral is received. The CIW will help the client with the planning and linking of needed services. The CIW will also monitor the client’s services on a regular basis to ensure the client’s needs are being met.

ESM may have available funding for people without MaineCare benefits.
